VO4TA: The Eclipse


I hate writing: “I can’t write anything about it, because you had to be there” - but I really don’t have the words. And when I have spoken about it, one friend said: “Seeing you struggle to say what it was like, really says everything.”


Here’s a set of excellent photos that capture past eclipses very well. All the colors in the corona and the liquid pearl grey of the sky...  Link

This is the eclipse captured in situ over a Waffle House in Nashville, TN. Link


And me? I stayed in St. Louis and viewed the event from Festus, MO. They had soda. I brought back a bottle. Link
